We want you to use our materials with confidence. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Digital products Our flip eBooks, printable materials and downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. For that reason, all sales are final unless one of the situations below applies.

Our guarantee — 14 days Write to us through the form on our [Contact page] within 14 days of your purchase if:

• the file will not open, arrives incomplete, or does not match its description;
• the level does not fit your student;
• the product does not work on your device and we cannot solve it with you.

You do not need to prove anything or explain yourself at length. Tell us what happened and we will act.

What we will do Where the level is the problem, we will first offer to exchange your purchase for another title of equal value. If no alternative works for you, or if the problem is technical, we will refund you in full.

Duplicate or accidental charges If you were charged twice for the same order, or bought the same product twice by mistake, write to us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Printed materials Printed materials may be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If it arrived damaged, send us a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

How refunds are issued Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

Your statutory rights Nothing in this guarantee limits rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Where local law grants you a longer period, that period applies.
